Application Terms and Conditions

By submitting an application and payment to the NASET Schools of Excellence program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Review Only

Payment of the application fee covers the cost of our review of your materials. Submission does not guarantee recognition or any award.

Sole Discretion

All decisions regarding eligibility, review, selection, and recognition are made by NASET in its sole and absolute discretion. Decisions are final and non-appealable. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to our assessment of the school’s alignment with program standards.

No Refunds

Application fees are non-refundable except in cases where we decline to review the application (e.g., incomplete submission) or as otherwise determined by NASET in its sole discretion.

No Warranties or Liability

NASET makes no representations or warranties regarding the outcome of any application. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NASET and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from or related to the application process, denial of recognition, or use/non-use of any award.

Revocation of Recognition

NASET reserves the right to revoke or remove any previously granted recognition at any time, in its sole discretion, if NASET determines that continued recognition is inconsistent with the program’s standards, mission, or reputation.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms or the program at any time.

Your submission constitutes acceptance of these terms.

These terms are subject to and incorporate by reference NASET’s general Terms of Service.
